FAQs

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY CALL?

There are dozens of slots each week. Your initial call will ensure you work with a coach that's right for you and at time each week that's convenient. For your first call, just click here.

WHAT AREAS DOES THE ON-DEMAND CONTENT COVER?

New manager guidance, coaching frameworks, difficult conversations, productivity workshops, cognitive models, presentation skills & more. We continually add and feature content relevant to the challenges of members of the network.

DO I PAY OR DOES MY COMPANY PAY?

Either way. Inaday is designed so price isn't a barrier to entry. If your company supports coaching, they may cover the cost. We suggest asking it to be expensed and we are happy to speak to budget holders to help them decide.

IS THIS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

Nope, we're a month to month service and you can stop and start back at anytime.

WHAT IF I CHANGE EMPLOYERS?

If you move jobs or companies, we'll stay with you. Many coaching services focus on 3-6 month engagements. Inaday is designed to support you for your whole career.

WHAT ELSE?

Inaday gets stronger as more members join. Stay tuned for additional offerings such as introductions to peers and mentors from other companies to grow your professional network and perspective.

- Tom Landry

Plot your path.

"Everybody needs a coach. Somebody who can watch what they’re doing and say: "Is that what you really meant? Did you really do that?"

They can get them perspective. The one thing people are never good at is seeing themselves as others see them. A coach really, really helps."

- Eric Schmidt

"Everyone needs a coach. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve."

- Bill Gates

The coaching case for the skeptics

Eric Schmidt, former CEO and Exec Chairman of Google, answers the question:

"What would you say if I you worked for you and I said: I don't need a coach."
